The Senior Manager of Accounts Payable role will lead global AP operations within a shared services model, overseeing invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations while driving standardization and efficiency across regions. This individual will play a critical role in a large-scale finance transformation, including serving as a process owner for the implementation of a modern ERP platform (SAP S/4HANA). The role requires a hands-on leader who can hire talent, train staff, optimize working capital, enhance internal controls, implement automation, and partner cross-functionally with business leaders to improve end-to-end P2P performance.
Qualified candidates for this Senior Manager of Accounts Payable role will have:
- Bachelor's in Accounting (or related)
- 9-11 years of related P2P/AP leadership experience in a shared services function
- Experience working with large ERP systems, including SAP
- Experience driving transformation and supporting implementations to optimize efficiency and automation.
- A track record of driving KPIs, process improvements, and operational excellence are required.
