Position Highlights:
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required. Speak, read
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with all level’s employees (sales team to CEO level).
  • Build out the team and programs. Create and implement disciplinary, compliance, employee engagement rewards recognition.
  • Training and development with succession planning.
  • Assist with restructuring HR. Ex: Update current employee handbook, policies and procedures, time and attendance, SOP, LOA’s, grievances, standardize LOA’s, implement a procedure for clocking in and out <- have no idea about the laws, update employee incentives and rewards, conduct a benefits analysis (current market)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

The POC response to an answer to this question. So, you would create the job posting, etc. Was there a budget?

How did you overcome a challenge? For example: the feeling like the whole house is burning down. How did you make it not burn down or something that you had to overcome?

What would you say overall is the value you bring for this role and why do you feel that you are the best candidate for this position?

Where do you live? If offered the position, when would you be able to start?

The POC will explain the next steps of the recruitment process which would be a steppingstone to possibly gain an in-person interview with the CEO, Adriana. This step would be a quick 3–5-minute introductory video in which you're pretty much going to do yourself.
