Customer Service Manager POST NUMBER: 481469
This will be leading a team of 4 Customer Service Reps and will be a hands-on leadership position that will still handle customer issues and account management.
Duties:
- Lead and develop a multi-site customer service team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Oversee customer accounts, order management activities, and day-to-day customer communications to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, driving timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to support customer retention, account growth, and operational effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor service KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Ideal candidates bring customer service leadership experience in manufacturing or similar operational environments, strong ERP/CRM proficiency, and a hands-on, relationship-focused leadership style.
Requirements:
- 3 Years of customer service, account management, and/or inside sales leadership experience required
- CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred)
- Able to work an in-office schedule, Monday – Friday 7:30-4:30

Pay: $70k-$75k salary depending on experience
