Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite – In Office Daily)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a growing talent acquisition team. This role serves as the primary point of coordination throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting process, including interview confirmations, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, and pipeline management.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, and pre-employment paperwork.
- Conduct reference checks, background screening coordination, and employment verification activities.
- Assist with job posting management across job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, administrative, or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional, customer-service-oriented approach when interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms.
- Exposure to onboarding, HR administration, or talent acquisition processes.
- Experience working in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or professional services environments.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
