What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly close process
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash-related accounting activity
- Complete account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed
- Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation
- Partner with colleagues across the accounting team to support day-to-day operations
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and help identify efficiencies
- Take on additional accounting projects and responsibilities as the team continues to grow
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of accounting or related experience
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
