Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to oversee our billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will lead the billing team and collaborate with other departments to streamline billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire billing cycle, from invoice generation to payment application
  • Oversee and train billing staff, implementing efficient workflows and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve billing issues
  • Develop and maintain billing procedures and documentation
  • Analyze billing data and prepare reports for management
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent errors and fraud
  • Manage customer contracts and pricing agreements
  • Oversee the maintenance of customer accounts and billing systems
  • Resolve complex billing disputes and discrepancies
  • Continuously improve billing processes for efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in billing management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of billing systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with high-volume billing and complex pricing structures
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
