Billing Compliance Representative – ASAP!
Location: Irwindale, CA
Pay: $23.50/hour Overtime
Schedule: Full-Time, 100% Onsite
Assignment Length: 3-4 Months (Potential for Extension)
Are you detail-oriented, fast-paced, and customer-focused? We're seeking a Billing Compliance Representative to join a busy billing operations team in Irwindale.
This role is ideal for candidates with call center, customer service, order processing, or data entry experience who excel in a high-volume environment and can maintain accuracy while making quick decisions.
What You'll Do
- Process high-volume billing and compliance transactions, reviewing up to 30 cases per hour while ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
- Investigate and resolve issues such as overfills, contamination, overweight loads, blocked containers, and other billing-related discrepancies.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information, transaction details, notes, and orders within internal systems.
- Respond to inquiries through a fast-paced, email-driven workflow while delivering excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with a team of billing professionals to meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of call center, customer service, order processing, or high-volume administrative experience.
- Strong typing and data entry skills (40 WPM preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM preferred (flexibility for 8:00 AM-6:00 PM schedules with overtime).
- Required overtime on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Two Saturdays per month, 7:00 AM-12:30 PM.
- 100% onsite in Irwindale, CA.
