Warehouse Worker

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our client's Operations team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys staying active, and works well as part of a team.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You should be someone who can take direction, work independently when needed, and jump in to help the team accomplish daily goals.
What You'll Do
- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against orders and documentation
- Inspect products for accuracy and condition
- Unbox, organize, and store products in their designated locations
- Pick and retrieve products for outgoing orders
- Pack products carefully according to established shipping standards
- Organize and replenish inventory on shelves, bins, and storage areas
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Identify and report missing, damaged, or misplaced inventory
- Use handheld scanners, computers, and other technology to complete daily tasks
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Assist with other warehouse and operations responsibilities as needed
What We're Looking For
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and remain physically active for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and mobile devices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve routine problems
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or fulfillment experience is preferred
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus
- Experience with warehouse management or shipping systems is a plus
