Salary range: $60,000 - $67,500 full benefits

The right candidate brings hands-on experience on a Help Desk team, supporting Tier 1-2 technical issues including issues related to: manufacturing software, hardware, network connectivity and specialized equipment. Experience within a small/mid size organization is ideal.
This person will join a small IT team in a relaxed environment, with a nice work/life balance. Great growth opportunity!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support related to technical issues, ranging from basic to complex issues.
- Escalate tickets as necessary in a timely manner, providing detailed documentation.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to a staff 200 employees.
- Monitor and maintaining the manufacturing systems and network.
- Provide end user support with a high level of customer service.
- Provide end user support training.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
