Office Manager (Contract-to-Hire)
- This associate will work closely with the Owner – he wants them to become his ‘right hand’. So he can focus on the bigger picture.
- Attitude and work ethic is the most important
- First thing in the morning, associate should come in – do the invoices from the day prior and then send out PO’s.
- Inputting receivables into Quickbooks, owner will handle processing them.
- every week bring a report the owner on the anticipated receivables coming in.
- Input payroll in system – owner will approve them.
- Other office/admin responsibilities.
- Person will be sitting in the Front Reception area – Face of the business. Don’t have a lot of walk-in business.
- Systems: QuickBooks and MS Office
- Fully on-site
- Office: Modern Industrial – steel and natural wood, art work hanging up.
