Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Identify and resolve customer problems or complaints in a timely and effective manner. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company’s database.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure follow-up actions are taken to resolve customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while interacting with customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- HS Diploma
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
