Job Description

We are currently seeking a Provider Sales Executive to join our team in the Midwest Region (States included: ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, WI, IL).

 

Essential Functions:

 

• Direct sales representation of our products and services into 1-200 physician ambulatory practices and hospital-owned practices.

• Conduct product demonstrations, both web-based and on-site.

• Facilitate required meetings for prospective customers.

• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle.

• Recruit and develop prospective customers.

• Meet or exceed assigned target quotas as communicated in the Sales Compensation Plan.

• Assist in customer implementation and setup as needed.

• Participate in marketing, lead generation, trade show attendance, and travel as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entry in the CRM system, registering leads and prospects.

• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on the sales pipeline and associated activities.

• Continuously educate on regulatory requirements affecting healthcare (e.g., HIPAA).

 

Education & Experience Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• 3 years of experience selling products or services to Health Systems or Hospitals.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

• Value-based selling experience (Miller Heiman training preferred).

• Ability to demonstrate ROI through the use of technology.

 

Travel:

 

• This position may require travel up to 40% of the time.

2. Phone screen with Chief Revenue Officer

3. MS Teams video call with Solutions Consultant

4. Sales presentation to the leadership team

Skills Required:

 

• Must have experience selling within the Healthcare Patient Engagement space—ideally Scheduling/Intake.

• Must have a consistent track record of achieving sales quotas, preferably to provider groups of fewer than 200.
