Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and ensure that they are accurately captured and communicated.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that requirements are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather information, present findings, and discuss potential solutions with stakeholders.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and project progress.
- Testing and Validation: Support the testing of new systems or changes to existing systems to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
