Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our client's team, leading financial operations and managing the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and month/year-end closing procedures.
- Manage the implementation and operation of Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Supervise billing processes, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Collaborate with project managers and executives to deliver financial insights and reports.
- Establish internal controls and budget guidelines.
- Coordinate with auditors and external accountants.
- Lead and mentor the client's finance team.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Over 7 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally within construction management or project-based environments
- Strong proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint ERP is essential
- Proven experience in managing finance teams and handling complex accounting functions
- Excellent skills in communication, leadership, and organization
- CPA or MBA preferred
