Intake Specialist POST NUMBER: 426426
Position Summary:
The Intake Specialist will be a direct point of contact for new clients. They provide great customer service and have a clear phone presence. They should be comfortable with computers; be able to verify that there are no discrepancies within documents; and excel at both verbal and written communication. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented; professional; and has a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. Duties:
- Perform general office clerk duties
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
- Verify intakes; retainers; and sign up documentations
- Record information as needed
- Prepare and circulate reports as needed
- Perform additional duties as required
- Full-time; 8:00am to 5:00pm; M-F
- Customer service or previous call center experience is preferred
- Strong and clear phone presence
- Experience using computers and performing data-entry functions
- Legal experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team-oriented
