Requirements
- 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience is required
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree required
- Experience recruiting for Advanced Practice Nursing is preferred
- Experience recruiting within Hospice or Palliative Care specialties is a plus
- Must be able to work within CST or CST hours daily
- Must be able to travel to attend recruitment events and state conferences in GA

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
