Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to each open position.
- Build and maintain a pool of candidates using various recruitment methods including cold calling, networking, email blasts, text campaigns, and hosting recruitment events.
- Support recruiters by identifying potential candidates and conducting initial screenings.
- Schedule qualified candidates for further interviews with recruiters.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive data to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Maintain tracking reports to monitor recruitment activity and candidate flow.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in marketing, communications, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Proficiency in recruitment technology and tools, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Indeed, and texting software.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
