ERP Delivery Manager / Test Manager POST NUMBER: 428396
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the ERP testing, cutover, and hypercare phases of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex ERP implementations, ensuring quality deliverables, and facilitating smooth transitions from project to operational phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of ERP testing strategies, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners, to align project goals and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Testing Oversight: Develop and manage testing plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure defects are identified and resolved.
- Cutover Management: Plan and execute cutover activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and that all critical tasks are completed on time.
- Hypercare Support: Oversee post-go-live support, monitoring system performance, addressing issues, and ensuring user adoption.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, test results, and project progress. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize ERP delivery processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field or similar experience.
- 5 years of experience in delivery management, specifically in ERP testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
