ROLE


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epic Beaker Data Integration (DI) Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on the build, support, testing, and implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) clinical systems, particularly with an emphasis on Epic Beaker's data integration processes. The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical skills, experience managing projects, and expertise in structured system development methodologies.


RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology.
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to recognize problems and respond, systematically gather information, sort through complex issues, seek input from others, address root cause of issues, make timely decisions, can make difficult decisions, uses consensus when possible and communicates decisions to others
  • Independently leads and coordinates medium and small projects responsible for managing and meeting project timeline, budget and quality parameters.
  • Responsible for the build, support, testing and implementation efforts related to EHR Clinical Systems



EXPERIENCE

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare IT) or equivalent experience.
  • Epic Beaker certification is required.
  • Proven experience in system build, implementation, and support, particularly with Epic Beaker or similar EHR systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and clinical teams.
  • Expertise in data integration workflows and familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require hourly pay range disclosure: $70 - $85.
