Our client is a large successful organization looking to hire an IT Infrastructure Manager for a full time hybrid (4 days in office) position in North York.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager who will manage a team of 2 support analysts and an MSP to manage the company’s IT Infrastructure. User base: around 1000. We need someone who is coming from hands-on Infrastructure support positions (from desktop to server to network to cyber, etc). Most of the hands-on work will be done by the MSP, however this person will be in charge of making sure that work is done properly, etc. This role will also manage a lot of IT projects (some of the things in the pipeline are Intune implementation, Wifi6, SSO, and M&A activity). Cyber stack in place is Sentinel One, Barracuda, and vendor-based SOC. This person will also work closely supporting the Applications team on a multitude of projects (implementations, integrations, data/BI, M&A, etc). This role will report to the Head of IT and will participate in strategy/planning/budgeting/etc.
About You

History of progressive IT Infrastructure hands-on positions (helpdesk, server/VM/cloud, LAN/WAN, cyber, etc)

Experience managing IT teams and midsize IT environments

Proven vendor (MSP) management experience

Excellent senior stakeholder-level communication skills

Able to commute to North York office 4 days/week
