VP of Finance and Accounting POST NUMBER: 430514
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership – supervising 3-5 on the accounting team and 3rd party vendors; identify opportunities for growth, cost efficiencies, and risk mitigation across the organization.
2. Operational Oversight – Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and capital allocation to optimize financial performance.
3. Project & Funding Management – Spearhead project funding initiatives, aligning them with the focus on green energy financing.
4. Leadership & Collaboration - Act as a liaison between financial and non-financial stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA is required
- 10 years of financial management experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Background in specialty finance, commercial real estate, project-based funding, or renewable energy financing is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in building and managing financial systems in a fast-growing organization.
