JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking a TIBCO Developer II for a 6M C2H opportunity located in Addison, TX 75001 (2-days [M/W] onsite per week).  The TIBCO Developer II will review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs for new / existing systems.  The TIBCO Developer II will be responsible for delivering quality customer service while incorporating and adhering to the appropriate requirements.  The TIBCO Developer II will provide accurate and timely completion of development and support tasks.

  • Current Team Breakdown – 4 Developers / 1 Tech Lead
  • Design / Develop TIBCO-based Interfaces – Integrating Internal Applications with External Vendor Applications – TIBCO Master File Transfer / Business Connect
  • Troubleshooting / Support Development Issues via Helpdesk Ticketing System
  • Developing Requested Reports Utilizing Reporting Tools / Applications
  • Effectively Communicate Severe Issues and Issues Exceeding Documented Targets to Management
  • Perform Daily Reviews Outstanding Issues – Ensure Troubleshooting / Resolutions are Up-to-Date
  • Monitor / Reports Security Violations Related to Unwarranted Access to Corporate Data
  • Maintain Awareness of Rapidly Changing Environments / Recommend Cost Effective Techniques
  • Create / Maintain / Update Disaster Recovery Procedures – Hardware / Application Changes
  • Direct End-User Interfacing – Developing Criteria for Specific Phases / Ensure Proper Testing of Developed Solutions, etc.
  • Assist in Designing / Developing Database Schemas

  • TIBCO Developer II –  Design / Develop TIBCO-based Interfaces | Integrate Internal Applications with External Vendor Applications (B2B) via TIBCO Master File Transfer / Business Connect
  • TIBCO 5 (5.15) / TIBCO EMS/JMS Development / Architecture – Creating Queues/Topics /  EMS Options Configurations, etc.
  • TIBCO BW Plugins – REST / JSON / HL7, etc.
  • TIBCO Build / Deployment Automation – Bamboo, etc.
  • TIBCO BW Designer / Adaptor Configuration – XML / XSD Schemas / XSLT / XPath
  • Java / JEE Development – Design / Develop Applications with Spring / JMS / Java Extensions / JDBC, etc.
  • Protocols – JMS / REST / SOAP / EDI 835/837
  • SOAP-UI / HP Functional Test Suite – Conduct Unit Testing / Automating Regression Testing Scenarios
  • Reusable Frameworks – Develop Reusable Frameworks for Auditing / Logging / Exception Handling
  • ESB Infrastructure / Business Process Monitoring Automation – TIBCO Hawk / Splunk / App Dynamics, etc.
  • Agile Development Methodology – Following Strict 2-week Sprint Cycles
