Location: Duluth, GA (Greater Atlanta Area)
About the Role: We are representing a client in the Duluth, GA area who is seeking skilled Accounts Payable (AP) Specialists (multiple openings) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a strong background in accounts payable (5 years – full cycle AP) and have worked in large company environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process a high volume of invoices (500 weekly) efficiently and accurately.
- Handle full cycle AP tasks, including matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices, as well as processing payments.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to analyze financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Work within a large ERP system to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- At least 5 years of full cycle AP experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience working in high-volume environments within large companies.
- Proven track record of handling 500 invoices weekly.
- Familiarity with large ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
