Location - Mequon/Milwaukee WI area
Rate - $45 to $55 per hour on W2 with benefits
Terms - 6 months on contract with conversion to direct hire

If you are a Systems Administrator who wants to work with cutting-edge technology, including Azure cloud and M365 infrastructure applications. Our Position
The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and experience working with various clients in a fast-paced environment. This role requires working independently, managing multiple priorities, and providing exceptional technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities for this role:
- Perform system upgrades and migrations, including server upgrades, email migrations, and cloud migrations.
- Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain client backups, disaster recovery plans, and antivirus solutions.
- Manage and monitor client networks, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Respond to and resolve service tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 3 technicians or vendor support as necessary.
- Collaborate with Level 1 technicians and other team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and ensure client satisfaction.
Skills Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a managed services environment.
- Must have a strong Group Policy & Active Directory
- Strong experience working with Windows operating systems, networking, hardware, and software.
- Knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Solid experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
