Product Owner - SAP S/4 Hana POST NUMBER: 435688
As a Product Owner specializing in SAP S/4 Cloud, you'll play a key role in advancing operational capabilities and optimizing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead meaningful business transformations, leverage innovative technologies, and define new industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for the assigned functional area.
- Act as the central liaison between business units, IT teams, and system integrators to align business needs with SAP S/4 Cloud capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivered solutions meet organizational requirements.
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs while working closely with technical teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Track project progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
- Facilitate training and change management activities to support successful adoption of new processes.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4 Cloud best practices and capabilities within the assigned functional track.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years in ERP system implementation, including 3-5 years as a Product Owner or in a leadership role managing SAP solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- SAP S/4 Cloud certification or relevant training is advantageous.
- Deep knowledge in one or more functional areas, such as Plan to Manufacture, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, or Order to Cash & After Sales.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project timelines.
