About the Opportunity

Currently client is implementing Yardi, and they are looking for someone who is highly proficient with PowerBI dashboard development. Yardi is used for property management accounting and recently they bought a data connect package for Power BI and visualization.

They have over 4 years of property management data and they are not utilizing / analyzing to drive business.

They run very lean and do not have dedicated Power BI incumbent.

The incumbent should be open to learn new systems such as Yardi, Yardi security and policy and also would be able to do Power BI development.

Developing monthly routine reports and KPI, ad hoc business needs and requirements.
About You
-
3 to 5 years of experience working with Power BI and creating dashboards / visualized reports.

Min 3 years of experience with ETL development and working with multiple data sources
-
Strong communication skills – working with senior stakeholders in various divisions like finance, leasing, sales, IT, etc.
-
Mindset – should be tech savvy and proven experience in learning new technology

Ability to commute 5 days to office
