Sr. Executive Assistant POST NUMBER: 444462
Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in the Peachtree Corners (Norcross) area of Atlanta, GA in their search for an Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO and other C-Suite executives. This is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position. Candidates to be considered must live in the Atlanta, GA area since 100% in-office work will be required.
Job Requirements:
- MUST have 5 years of EA experience in a corporate environment, preferably supporting the CEO or other C-Suite Executives.
- Must be skilled at heavy calendar management and complex travel arrangements.
- Must be willing to manage a variety of office responsibilities outside of EA duties.
- Prior experience handling the preparation and planning of Board meetings, including travel arrangements, is strongly preferred.
- Must have experience screening phone calls.
- Must possess strong verbal & written communication skills to handle routine correspondence.
- Must be polished, professional and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
- Excellent technical skills are REQUIRED, especially in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint.
