VP Controller
Salary: $220,000 to $240,000

Responsibilities:
- Perform complex Audit, including presentations to audit chain committee
- Run the Audit Process with external CPA Auditors
- Lease Accounting for equipment and products
- Work closely with Private Equity owners
- Assists with new Acquisition Accounting
- Manage Operations and Financial Statements
- Lead Accounting and Financial Reporting functions
- Direct Federal State and Local Tax Return filings
- Oversee Internal Controls and Develop Policies and Procedures
- Maintain company’s compliance and lease standards
- Heavily assists with system integrations
Skills Needed:
- CPA or Public experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Masters preferred
- Lease Accounting or Rental Leasing Background
- At least 10 years of experience
- Private Equity experience, public accounting and product leasing experience preferred
