Location: North County San Diego – Hybrid (3 days onsite required)
Job Title: Staff or Senior Accountant
Salary Range: $75,0000 - $95,000 Bonus
Job Overview: Seeking a Staff or Senior Accountant to support corporate and project-level financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle month-end and quarter-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and SAP ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review account schedules and workpapers (ProSystems FX) for financial reporting and audit readiness.
- Support IFRS reporting packages and US GAAP audits for assigned project entities.
- Maintain and reconcile intercompany balances.
- Handle operational accounting activities including invoicing, vendor follow-ups, and SAP setup support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support external audit processes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–3 years of public accounting experience (Staff: 1–2 years; Senior: 3 years).
- Strong foundation in US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Experience with SAP and ProSystems FX a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail.
