Notre client est à la recherche d’un·e représentant·e expérimenté·e en crédit et en recouvrement afin de se joindre à son équipe des finances. Ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans l'encaissement rapide des comptes clients tout en maintenant d'excellentes relations avec la clientèle. Le candidat idéal est parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) et possède une solide expérience en comptes clients et en gestion du crédit dans un environnement dynamique.
Responsabilités principales :
- Effectuer l’ensemble du cycle de crédit et de recouvrement pour les comptes assignés
- Communiquer avec les clients afin de résoudre les soldes impayés ou litiges
- Traiter les paiements reçus, les notes de crédit et les factures manuelles
- Collaborer avec les départements internes pour assurer l’exactitude des informations de facturation et des comptes
- Préparer les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels relatifs aux comptes clients et à leur statut
- Appuyer les demandes d’audit et contribuer à diverses tâches administratives du service
Exigences :
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en comptes recevables, crédit ou recouvrement
- Bilinguisme français/anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et de la suite Microsoft Office
- Solides compétences analytiques, communicationnelles et organisationnelles
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome en télétravail avec rigueur et souci du détail
- La connaissance du système AS/400 constitue un atout

Job Title: Credit & Collections Representative (Bilingual – English/French)
Location: 100% Remote (within Quebec)
Overview:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Representative to join their finance team. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables while maintaining positive client relationships. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and French and has a strong background in accounts receivable and credit control within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle credit and collections activities for assigned accounts
- Communicate with clients to resolve outstanding issues
- Process incoming payments, credit notes, and manual invoices
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely account information
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting related to receivables and account status
- Assist with audit requests and support various administrative tasks within the department
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with AS/400 is considered an asset
