ERP Risk and Controls Manager POST NUMBER: 446649
Responsibilities:

Develop and manage ERP risk and controls framework aligned with enterprise risk strategy.

Lead ERP-related compliance efforts, including SOX and ITGC testing.

Oversee Segregation of Duties (SoD), access controls, and change management procedures.

Partner with IT, Finance, and other teams to embed controls into ERP processes and projects.

Coordinate and support internal/external audits and manage remediation efforts.

Maintain risk documentation, control matrices, and testing reports.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

7 years in risk management, audit, or ERP controls; 3 years in a leadership role.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and compliance frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT).

Preferred certifications: CPA, CISA, CIA, or similar.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
