Job Title: Project Manager – Fraud Remediation (Banking Experience Required)
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $51.00 – $63.00/hour (W2 only)
Duration: 12 months (conversion and extension is not a guarantee) 
Employment Type: W2 Contract

About the Role:
We are hiring a project manager to support high-urgency remediation efforts within a banking fraud and claims environment. The role requires someone confident managing issue closures, driving project timelines, and aligning efforts across compliance, operations, and technology teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5 years of project management experience

  • Recent experience managing projects in a banking environment for fraud, claims, remediation/audit issue closure.

  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills across compliance, risk, and technology

  • Proficiency in project tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project

  • Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery models


Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain project plans and milestone tracking

  • Drive remediation efforts and ensure timely closure of open issues

  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams between fraud, risk, compliance, and tech

  • Track risks, escalate blockers, and implement mitigation strategies

  • Deliver regular progress reports and status updates to senior leadership

  • Ensure documentation meets internal control and audit-readiness standards
