About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our corporate accounting team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and analyzing our Corporate General Ledgers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You'll be responsible for journal entries, maintaining schedules, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end corporate accounting activities.
Beyond day-to-day accounting tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the efficiency of general ledger operations. You’ll also respond to ad hoc financial analysis requests, contributing to strategic financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, prepare, maintain, and analyze Corporate General Ledgers.
- Support corporate accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Identify, research, and implement improvements to general ledger processes.
- Respond to ad hoc queries and provide insightful financial analysis.
- Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial reporting accuracy.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A strong team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Passion for our core values: Integrity, Safety, and Respect.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud.
