Finance Manager POST NUMBER: 446864
Location: Brickell, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 base 20% bonus
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Financial Manager to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a strong foundation from a Big 4 or top-tier professional services firm, and is eager to take on broad and evolving responsibilities. You’ll be instrumental in helping scale the finance function from a traditional bookkeeping operation to a value-driven strategic team.
- Lead and support day-to-day finance operations, including but not limited to:
- Accounts payable troubleshooting
- Accruals vs. prepaid expense analysis
- Equity structure and financial reporting issues
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements
- Act as a key liaison between junior staff and senior leadership, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight
- Work cross-functionally to understand business needs and tailor financial insights accordingly
- Contribute to the development of scalable finance infrastructure as the organization evolves
- Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
- CPA required
- 5–7 years of progressive finance/accounting experience (Manager experience required)
- Background in Big 4 or top professional services firm
- Strong understanding of financial operations and accounting principles
- Proven ability to shift focus and problem-solve in a fast-changing environment
- Experience working across multiple functional areas or industries is a plus
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
