Vaco has partnered with a prestigious company in the real estate development space to find their next Director of Finance. - Lead financial reporting and forecasting for development projects, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely delivery to stakeholders
- Manage investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, and serve as the main point of contact for investor communications
- Oversee fund management, including cash flow planning, capital allocation, and compliance with fund agreements
- Support land acquisitions through financial modeling, deal underwriting, and due diligence
- Drive strategic planning, capital structuring, and scenario analysis to support growth initiatives
- Real Estate Development experience required
- Bachelor's in Finance or related field required
