Key Responsibilities:

Review complex individual and business tax returns for accuracy and compliance
-
Collaborate directly with clients to develop effective tax planning strategies
-
Provide consulting on business operations and general retirement planning
-
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff and senior accountants
-
Ensure deadlines are met across a portfolio of diverse clients
-
Stay current on tax legislation and identify implications for clients
-
Utilize tax software and MS Office tools for efficient workflow management
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 6 years of experience in a tax department within a CPA firm

Demonstrated ability to deliver comprehensive tax services, including planning and consulting

Strong knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office applications
-
Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
-
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
-
High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
