Job Title: Full-Cycle Recruiter – Behavioral Health
Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for occasional on-site needs)
Type: Temporary
Pay: $25/hour

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Cycle Recruiter to support high-volume hiring within the behavioral health sector. This is a fully remote temporary opportunity, but candidates must reside in the Los Angeles area to attend an initial on-site orientation and occasional in-person meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles within the behavioral health space
  • Post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure all compliance standards are met
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load, prioritizing tasks and timelines efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven experience with high-volume recruitment (handling 10–20 open roles simultaneously)
  • Behavioral health recruiting experience is required (e.g., case managers, mental health workers, clinicians, etc.)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and virtual communication tools
  • Must be based in the Los Angeles area
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
