We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at a key industrial facility in Port Allen, LA. If you're an HR professional who thrives in a hands-on, high-impact role and has a background in manufacturing or industrial settings, this is your chance to own the HR function at a critical site supporting global logistics and supply chain operations.
? What You'll Do:

Serve as the sole HR leader on-site for a facility of ~150 employees and additional regional terminals

Act as the strategic business partner to plant and operations leadership

Manage employee relations and help enforce accountability across teams

Support and implement HR initiatives in partnership with COEs (Comp, Benefits, Talent, L&D)

Oversee hourly recruiting, leaves of absence (FMLA/ADA), performance processes, and compliance

Provide guidance on HRIS systems (Workday) and timekeeping (Kronos)

Help lead local execution of internship/trainee programs
? Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Psychology, Communications, or similar)

5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing or industrial settings

Strong track record of employee relations, conflict resolution, and leadership support

Must be relatable, professional, and able to earn trust across all levels — from corporate to front-line

Comfortable working independently while supported by remote HR leadership

HRIS knowledge (Workday preferred); Kronos is a plus
