Job Title: Process & Procedure Governance Specialist (Remote – Financial Services)
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Type: Contract | Pay: $70–$90/hr
Join a high-impact team supporting governance and documentation for issue resolution within a leading financial institution. We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong technical writing experience and a background in banking or financial services.
In this role, you’ll support process and procedure development related to issue closure, regulatory requirements, and transformation initiatives. You'll draft SOPs, desktop procedures, and governance documents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. Experience with fraud and claims, consent order remediation, or issue management is highly preferred.
Must be highly organized, capable of working independently, and comfortable managing fast-paced deadlines. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with large financial products (DDA, credit cards, etc.) are important.
