Financial Reporting Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting standards.
- Ensure all reporting aligns with US GAAP and internal policies, delivering precise and transparent financial disclosures.
- Conduct thorough technical accounting research and provide actionable insights and guidance.
- Act as a primary contact during audits and financial reviews, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, verify, and enhance data used in external reporting.
- Create impactful reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting financial trends and strategic insights.
- Lead quarter-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Design, implement, and refine SOX-compliant internal controls to uphold operational integrity.
- Continuously improve financial reporting processes to boost accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
- Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline reporting workflows and enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting; public accounting experience is highly valued.
- Strong command of US GAAP and SOX compliance standards, with a proven track record of regulatory adherence and reporting excellence.
