What do you need for this Financial Reporting Manager role?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Active CPA license required
  • 5 years of accounting experience from public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or relevant industry experience
  • Strong financial reporting experience

What will you do in this Financial Reporting Manager role?

  • Oversee the end-to-end global monthly consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation (CTA), and equity accounting for all subsidiaries.
  • Perform detailed reviews of the monthly balance sheet and P&L, identifying anomalies, misclassifications, or irregular trends.
  • Work closely with accounting teams to resolve issues ahead of close.
  • Prepare accurate and compliant consolidated financial statements on a monthly and quarterly basis in accordance with US GAAP, supporting timely delivery to leadership and external parties.
  • Contribute to complex accounting areas such as business combinations, debt and equity instruments, intangible assets, and foreign currency matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of interim and annual audit materials, acting as a key liaison for external auditors.
  • Support post-acquisition integration efforts including onboarding new entities, aligning chart of accounts, and participating in M&A due diligence as needed.
  • Maintain and continuously improve key financial infrastructure including the chart of accounts, close calendars, checklists, and cost center structures.
  • Partner with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and International teams to meet global reporting and compliance objectives.
  • Proactively identify and lead initiatives to optimize systems and streamline the close and reporting cycles.
