Title: Project Manager
Job Description: We are looking for a Project Manager for the corporate sector, which supports various departments like CFO, Legal, and Material Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate team projects, ensuring deliverables align with corporate goals.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand needs and develop solutions.
- Lead and motivate the team, focusing on results and working independently.
- Communicate effectively and work closely with other sectors.
Key Tasks:
- Handle high-visibility strategic project management activities.
- Exhibit strong leadership and political acumen.
- Organize delivery teams to meet objectives, ensuring adherence to agreed directions.
- Adapt to various project contexts (Agile, Lean-Agile, traditional).
- Plan, synchronize, and lead planning, tracking, and feedback events involving multiple management levels, sectors, sites, and resources.
- Follow IT portfolio standards and promote best practices.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and blockers, defining action plans to facilitate delivery.
- Share progress transparently, providing consolidated perspectives and solutions.
- Forecast resources and costs, including change management experts when needed.
- Maintain daily communication with business partners, managers, scrum masters, performance analysts, and IT portfolio managers.
- Unite teams under a common vision and shared goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills, proven leadership.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills focused on solutions and continuous improvement.
- Experience with planning and tracking tools.
- Fluent in French (oral and written) and advanced English (oral and written).
- Recognized as a positive leader by peers.
