

Project Coordinator POST NUMBER: 451831
Overview:
The Project Coordinator will work cross-functionally with sales, service, administrative, and finance teams to ensure streamlined communication and effective project execution. They will be accountable for client satisfaction, team collaboration, and leveraging data and reporting tools to optimize performance and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets based on client specifications and organizational goals.

Lead risk assessments and implement proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Ensure strong collaboration across departments to support timely and efficient project execution.

Serve as the point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle; respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Identify and support growth opportunities in partnership with sales and service teams.

Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members, contributing to a productive and cohesive work environment.

Utilize project management tools and analytics to track progress, generate reports, and support data-informed decisions.

Deliver detailed project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Oversee and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet internal and industry standards.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and safety requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
-
3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a service-based environment.

Background in construction, commercial HVAC, oil/gas, or water industries strongly preferred.

Familiarity with industrial pumps, motors, electrical systems, or automation controls is a plus.

Proficient in project management software and reporting tools.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
