Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MST | Optional Saturdays available
Pay: $18/hr base bonus potential | Commission earned during temp period paid as signing bonus upon permanent hire

We're hiring multiple part-time Inside Sales Representatives to join our expanding customer success and outbound sales team. As a leader in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services throughout Utah, we're scaling from a small 3-person unit to a 15-person powerhouse—and looking for 8–10 enthusiastic individuals to be part of this exciting growth phase.
This is a rare chance to get in early with a company that values initiative, collaboration, and fun. You’ll begin at our Provo office and transition with the team to our newly built, modern Orem headquarters this June—complete with amenities like a sports court and sauna.
- Place outbound calls to existing customers—no cold calling!
- Help clients schedule maintenance appointments and explore upgrade options.
- Use cloud-based software to manage workflows, track outcomes, and stay organized.
- Hit realistic performance goals and unlock monthly bonus opportunities.

- $18/hour starting wage
- Bonus structure:
- Average earners: $200–$250/month
- Top performers: $500–$700/month
- Commissions earned during the temp period are banked and paid as a lump sum signing bonus upon permanent hire (typically within 3 months)
