Are you a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for litigation? We’re looking for a Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys playing a key role in the legal process from start to finish.
What You'll Do:

Be the first line of legal support by conducting pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents with precision and timeliness

Own the logistics: manage calendars, deadlines, case files, and hearing schedules to keep everything running like clockwork

Maintain and update pleadings and discovery indexes for seamless access and reference

Organize and prepare exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices to build compelling cases

Support attorneys with interrogatories, discovery requests, and trial preparation

Gather key facts and data from internal and external sources to support case development

Serve as a vital liaison between trial teams and clients, courts, experts, and other third parties

Assist with the negotiation and coordination of case settlements
What You Bring:
-
Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal with a strong track record in trial prep, discovery, and court filings
-
Solid knowledge of litigation procedures, rules of court, and legal documentation
-
Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple active matters
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail

Tech-savvy and confident navigating legal databases and case management systems
-
A Paralegal Associate’s degree or relevant certification is required
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
