HR Manager – 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA (Fully Onsite)

Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)
A fast-growing fashion manufacturing company in Santa Fe Springs is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to oversee all HR operations during the second shift. This is a hands-on role supporting a high-volume, production-based workforce. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, thrives in a fast-paced, blue-collar setting, and is excited to take ownership of HR processes during non-traditional hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR operations for the 2nd shift, serving as the primary onsite HR presence
- Manage employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Support full employee lifecycle: onboarding, terminations, compliance, and recordkeeping
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and compliance with CA labor laws
- Serve as a resource to production employees, supervisors, and shift managers
- Coordinate with payroll and timekeeping teams (ADP used; experience helpful but not required)
- Provide shift-based HR reporting and partner with leadership on process improvements
- Support engagement, retention, and culture-building efforts within the 2nd shift team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business, or related field)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or production-heavy environments
- Strong knowledge of California employment law and compliance requirements
- Comfortable being the main HR point of contact during 2nd shift with minimal supervision
- Prior experience with ADP is a plus, but not required

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (fully onsite)
