We’re looking for a sharp, solutions-oriented Tax & Compliance Specialist to join a fast-moving team focused on operational excellence and regulatory precision. What You’ll Do:

Take the lead on preparing and filing tax returns at the federal, state, and local levels

Monitor changes in tax law and translate them into actionable business insights
-
Manage licensing and permit renewals across multiple locations
-
Act as a key point of contact for audits, inquiries, and internal investigations
-
Build and refine internal processes that strengthen compliance and reduce risk
-
Partner with teams across Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless execution
-
Spot tax-saving opportunities and help implement them effectively
What You Bring:
-
2–5 years of hands-on experience in tax, compliance, or accounting
-
Solid grasp of U.S. tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions
-
Meticulous attention to detail and top-tier organizational skills
-
Confidence navigating tax and accounting systems, with strong Excel skills
Bonus Points For:

CPA, CMA, or Master’s in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance

Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-state operations
-
Familiarity with ERP platforms and compliance management tools
