JOB SUMMARY
A global organization is undergoing a major digital transformation to replace multiple legacy ERP systems with a unified SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud platform and standardized business processes. The SAP S/4HANA Workstream Lead – MRP & P2F will be a key member of the IT Business Applications team, responsible for leading the successful implementation of plan-to-fulfill, manufacturing, inventory, and MRP-related processes.
This role involves close collaboration with the SAP implementation partner and stakeholders across R&D engineering, manufacturing, and service functions to plan, execute, and support the ERP rollout. After go-live, the role ensures users are proficient, efficient, and compliant with standardized procedures and best practices in SAP.
This position plays a critical role in enabling the organization’s scalability and operational success by working with global teams to understand current operations and guide the transition to harmonized processes using SAP S/4HANA.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learning: Gain a deep understanding of the organization’s manufacturing, R&D engineering, and service operations.
- Planning: Collaborate with implementation partners and business users during discovery, preparation, and exploration phases to review deliverables, participate in workshops, validate processes, resolve issues, and finalize scope.
- Implementation: Support system configuration, data migration, environment setup (development, testing, production), testing, user training, and go-live activities.
- Support & Monitoring: Provide post-implementation support, conduct process health checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adoption of standardized practices and system benefits.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP S/4HANA and AI-driven capabilities.
- Plan-to-Fulfill Alignment: Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and service teams to ensure inventory, MRP, and related processes align with SAP standards and best practices.
- Services and Projects: Work with service teams to align project management processes with SAP and ensure consistent execution of best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, plan-to-fulfill, and MRP processes within a multinational organization
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing plan-to-fulfill processes in SAP S/4HANA, preferably in the Public Cloud edition
- Proven ability to configure and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- SAP S/4HANA Certification
- Multilingual proficiency (German, Portuguese, or other languages is a strong advantage)
- Experience in the metal manufacturing industry
- Comfortable working with globally distributed, multicultural, and multilingual teams
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Capable of mentoring and coaching team members
- Strong skills in relationship management, facilitation, project execution, and problem-solving

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Up to 10% travel, both domestic and international, is expected.
