Our client, a respected and forward-thinking public accounting firm, is seeking a Temporary Senior Tax Associate to support its Tax team during the extended filing season. This hybrid role requires advanced proficiency in UltraTax and recent public accounting experience. Candidates must be within commuting distance to Morganville, NJ and available to work onsite 3–4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare individual and business tax returns with a high level of accuracy
Assist with bookkeeping and write-up tasks to ensure accurate financial records
Leverage UltraTax to streamline and enhance tax engagement efficiency
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and firm standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
3–5 years of recent public accounting experience
Strong proficiency in UltraTax is required
Resides within 60 minutes of Morganville, NJ
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Available to start immediately and commit through the 10/15 deadline
