Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite at downtown NYC office)
Salary: $155,000 – $165,000 bonus

About the Data & Analytics Division
This division delivers objective, high-quality OTC data and insights for use in price discovery, benchmarking, and risk management. It offers a range of pre- and post-trade analytics and helps clients manage balance sheet exposure and regulatory risk through a suite of optimization and compression tools. Its brands and services support capital markets firms globally in navigating complex market demands.
Role Overview
The AMER Sales Manager, Global Strategic Accounts, will lead commercial growth across a portfolio of Tier 1 banking clients in the Americas. This individual will manage strategic relationships and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including product, technology, marketing, and account management teams to drive revenue, support client success, and grow long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Build, develop, and manage relationships with strategic financial institutions in the Americas.

Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients within the organization.

Lead all phases of the sales cycle, including pipeline development, solution alignment, executive engagement, negotiation, and contract management.

Drive new revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.

Align account strategy with broader business initiatives including data platforms, indices, cloud technology, and analytics tools.

Work in collaboration with global account management to execute on strategic account plans.

Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, and other external engagements.

Provide strategic input to internal stakeholders based on client feedback and market insights.
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
-
Significant experience in sales or account management roles within the financial services or fintech sector.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, particularly OTC, Rates, Fixed Income, and FX.

Demonstrated success in selling enterprise solutions to Tier 1 financial institutions.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
Preferred:

Experience working with capital markets data or related technology solutions.

Strong business development and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with cloud-based data delivery, post-trade services, and enterprise sales methodology.

Comfortable working across geographically dispersed and diverse teams.
